Santavanidad.com gladly accepts returns on all unworn merchandise, except those on sale, for a refund or store credit within 30 days from purchase date.

In order to process your return, all garments MUST have all tags attached to the items. We won't process returns on any item that has been worn, damaged, laundered, soiled, or missing garment tags. Santavanidad.com will return the items on the above listed conditions to the address associated to your account.

All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

For a Return or Refund

A refund will be issued to the credit card used for the purchase for the value of the merchandise and any sales tags you may have incurred. The time frame for your return is maximum 30-days from the date of purchase. Please note that there will be no refund on shipping charges.
